Overview About The Company Our client is a multi-billionaire family office with investments in the commercial real estate space. Responsibilities Oversee the billing of monthly rents, collections, and bill payments Review of general ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and credit card review Prepare quarterly financial statements and work with outside accountants to prepare annual audited financial statements Prepare real estate taxable income projection Follow-up on past due balances, update rents for lease modifications, and follow-up on tenant inquiries Prepare special reports including, cash flow, annual budgets, and operating escalations Coordinate mortgage and real estate tax payments Prepare checks, ACH payments, credit card payments in payment of outstanding invoices Prepare in-house tax returns for real estate entities Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 4-7 years of experience with a background in public accounting and at a private real estate company Experience at a mid-sized public accounting firm preferred CPA preferred Salary Range $150,000-$200,000 Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Arrow Search Partners
