Honor of Kings, PUBG MOBILE, and League of Legends, are some of our most popular titles around the world.Meanwhile, we actively promote the development of esports industry, work with global partners to build an open, collaborative and symbiotic industrial ecology, and create high-quality digital life experiences for players.What the Role EntailsJob Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop overseas market expansion strategies, focusing on areas such as AI-powered gaming and gaming-driven AI technology iterationAnalyze the dynamics of the AI gaming market to assist management in formulating AI gaming-related strategiesBusiness Development and Resource Integration Expand and maintain key industry contacts overseas, including game developers, publishing platforms, and AI technology companiesDrive high-value partnership negotiations and facilitate collaboration in technology licensing, co-development, and channel distributionProvide essential overseas business strategy support to internal and cross-functional teams, including overseas resource planning, analyst-led market research, and regional/industry goal settingWho We Look For3+ years of experience in overseas business, strategy, or business development, with experience focused on the AI or gaming industryExperience at the intersection of both fields is preferredEstablished overseas industry network with a proven track record of successful collaborations in game publishing, AI technology partnerships, or overseas capital venturesProficient in overseas market analysis and business modeling, capable of conducting independent industry research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic planningExcellent negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and project management skillsDeep understanding of AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, content generation) and the gaming industry chain (R&D, publishing, operations, community)Location State(s)US-California-Los Angeles, US-California-Palo Alto, US-Washington-BellevueThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $106,900.00 to $200,600.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
