Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!### GENERAL FUNCTIONThe position plays a lead role in improving business and patient satisfaction while achieving financial growth. This role is responsible for identification, evaluation, development and launch of practice opportunities within our affiliated partner optometric practices. This position executes long-term strategic goals informed by thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and the fields operational activities.### MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify areas of business and procedural opportunities within the affiliate practices and their partnered retail optical brand.Participate in the management and partnership between affiliate practices and the retail optical brand.Hold partners accountable for expected staffing, support, and practice building activities.### Execute affiliate practice administrations and initiativesTrain retail optical leaders and staff on systems, billing, and POS usage.Identify key business opportunities within the given subset of affiliate practices.Create business development strategies; build the plan, identify roadblocks and drive new business.Analyze reporting, and analytics for key business metrics.### Present results and metrics to leadershipAttend industry functions, such as association events and conferences.Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and patient satisfaction.Provide in-office support and direct management as needed.### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS### Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience7+ years working experience within Optical Retail5+ years’ experience in management and or leadership positionsStrong ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneouslyAblity to see the big picture and prioritize highest business impactExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all functions / levels### Strong oral and written communication skills### Strong working knowledge of store operations### Critical thinking/Analytical skills### Ability to influence/negotiate### Writes and presents effectively### Entrepreneurial drive and analytical mindset### Availability to travel up to 60% per year### Pay Range: 142,174.88 - 213,022.55This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
