Insurance Defense Counsel Trial & Strategy
Travelers
Travelers seeks a Counsel to handle a caseload of predominantly low to moderate complexity, focusing on insurance defense. You will manage cases from inception through trial, conduct research, draft documents, and advise insured clients and claim partners with strong client service and strategic input.
The role emphasizes effective collaboration with internal teams, efficient use of case management tools, and travel as needed to meet business needs. A JD and active licensure are required.
