Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform electro-mechanical assembly, including cable harnessing, box builds, wiring, and valve assembly using schematics and drawings. You’ll work in a clean room environment alongside a supportive team to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow schematics, drawings, and work instructions
• Assemble cable harnesses (cutting, routing, bundling, securing)
• Perform box builds and enclosure assembly
• Complete basic wiring and point-to-point wiring
• Assemble valves and pneumatic components
• Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, calipers, crimpers)
• Perform soldering on electrical components
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain clean room standards and organized workspace
• Work with a team to meet production goals

Requirements

• 6+ months of assembly experience
• Ability to read schematics and drawings
• Experience with cable harnessing and wiring
• Soldering experience
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to multitask and work accurately

Nice to Have

• Electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Clean room experience
• Inspection/quality control experience

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
