Summary: The Program Manager of Individual Supports oversees the daily operation of an In-Home Supports or Community Supports-based program. The oversight includes all programmatic administrative responsibilities required to run the program.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (40 hours per week)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. The Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the program, to ensure that performance standards are upheld and that all individuals and staff are working following agency requirements, mission, goals, and principles.
2. Ensure program, agency, and accreditation standards are met concerning quality of care including individual behavior and treatment plans, ISP documentation, HCSIS, and other documentation as required, and in line with Bridgewell Policies & Procedures.
3. Ensure the staffing needs of the program are met based on defined ratios and attendance of persons served. This includes coordination of work schedules, hiring of new staff, and coordinating the use of per diem and agency relief staff, as needed.
4. Assist program participants with all medical and clinical appointments including transportation to and from appointments.
5. Provide leadership to all staff by creating a positive work climate and creating a cohesive team environment.
6. Promote the professional growth of all staff through coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
7. Ensure ongoing system for measuring quality of services and compliance with DDS regulations and Bridgewell policies and procedures.
8. Ensure that services are maintained according to DDS, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with program budgets through consistent monitoring of financial analysis and various reports.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with funding sources, community groups, families, and other service providers.
10. Provide coverage to individuals as needed
11. Participate/manage after-hour's on-call rotation.
12. Maintain core training certifications.
13. Knowledgeable in the areas of; Addiction, Trauma Informed Care, and Medication Management
14. Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
2. Minimum of five years experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities and psychiatric disabilities, three years supervisory/administrative capacity.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

1. Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as presentation skills.
2. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff.
4. Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships.
5. Demonstrated computer proficiency.
6. Ability to maintain records accurately and thoroughly
7. Capable of responding to crisis
8. Have the ability to recognize client body language and gestured cues.
9. Have the ability to hear and differentiate tone, modulations, and escalation of voice, to identify and monitor escalated behaviors, and to maintain a safe environment.
10. Ability to communicate with emergency services (i.e. Ambulance, fire, and police).

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
