Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank) Full/Part-Time Full time Job Type Regular Compensation $76,600.00yr / $36.826923hr About the Position: The Senior Grants Management Specialist serves as the ODMHSAS Block Grants Coordinator and works closely with Executive Leadership, program staff, fiscal personnel, contracted providers, and community partners to support the effective management of grant-funded initiatives that strengthen and expand behavioral health and substance use disorder services throughout Oklahoma. The position provides comprehensive oversight of the Mental Health Block Grant (MHBG) and Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services (SUPTRS), including grant application development, funding allocation, program operations, training, strategic planning, compliance, and performance evaluation. The position ensures that grant-funded activities meet applicable federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and requirements, including standards established by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
