What Youll Be Doing

• Grow the agency by pursuing new customer opportunities and converting inquiries into policies
• Retain and expand existing relationships by reviewing needs, identifying opportunities, and writing new business when appropriate
• Provide world-class service to current clientsfollowing through, resolving issues quickly, and communicating clearly
• Build trust with customers using a consultative approach (not pressure)
• Partner with the team to hit targets and strengthen a positive, client-first culture

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Is self-motivated and takes initiative when its time to follow up and reach out
• Can handle objections with professionalism and confidence
• Communicates clearly, pays attention to details, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for customers
• Is comfortable with technology and working in a fast-paced environment
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required prior to start
• Life & Health license needed within 30 days of start
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Clear communication skills (youll be explaining coverage, options, and next steps)
• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred , not required

Compensation & Benefits (Realistic Pay + Uncapped Growth)

• Realistic, obtainable pay range for a new hire: $40,000$60,000/year
• Base salary + commission with theoretically uncapped earning potential as you grow, build momentum, and write new business
