Location: Maple Grove, MN
Compensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday 5:30 AM-3:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-10:00 AM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handler workers for a warehouse/distribution company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll support the safe and efficient movement of materials while working with a stable team in an organized environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and a fast-paced setting, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Material Handler:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials and products
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles
• Transport materials to production, storage, and shipping areas
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy
• Inspect incoming materials and verify against documentation
• Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety procedures

What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8+ hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation to the Maple Grove area
• Strong attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail
