Helpdesk Coordinator/CSR

Manufacturing company in Shippensburg has a long term Helpdesk Coordinator/CSR opening. Looking for 2-3 years logistics and helpdesk experience. Work 40 hours a week. Start around 6/20. Responsibilities

• Help Desk Coordinator I
• Act as customer contact for Aftermarket, dealing with order management (rush orders, Vehicle Off Road, etc.).

• Includes Logistics support from availability to expediting orders, assisting with tracking and interfacing with other areas of the Volvo group to provide support to our dealers.
• This is a potention long term assignment, to extend past end of 2026
• Hours 8-5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch
• $25.00 an hour
• Hybrid schedule
