Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing facility. Work 7:00 p.m.7:00 a.m. on a 2-2-3 rotation, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems (AC/DC, wiring, fuses, overcurrent issues).
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Troubleshoot using HMIs and work with electrical cabinets.
• Maintain and repair motors (including 3-phase), conveyors, belts, and mechanical components (bearings, shafts, gearboxes).
• Perform basic facility maintenance (plumbing, painting, dock equipment).
• Use hand and power tools, meters, torque wrenches, and measurement tools.
• Lubricate equipment and replace seals, gaskets, and worn parts.
• Collaborate with team to support safe, efficient operations.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools (meters, amp clamps).
• Experience with motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Attention to safety and detail; good communication skills.

• Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete hands-on assessments.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mocksville, NC.
