Shape the next generation of electro‑mechanical systems in Royersford, PA
Step into a role where your designs become real products. As an Electro‑Mechanical Systems Designer, you will transform ideas into detailed schematics, layouts, and working prototypes that power our solutions. You will collaborate with peers across disciplines, test and validate your work, and deliver clear documentation that moves designs into production.
What you'll tackle- Create detailed electro‑mechanical designs, from concept through schematics, 3D layouts, and prototypes.
- Work closely with cross‑functional partners to align designs with project requirements and specifications.
- Plan and run testing and validation to confirm performance, reliability, and safety.
- Produce precise CAD drawings and models using industry tools.
- Diagnose design challenges and implement timely, effective fixes.
- Author manufacturing documentation and clear assembly instructions.
- Track industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate design quality.
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Hands‑on experience designing electro‑mechanical systems, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with CAD platforms such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, plus experience with simulation tools.
- Solid grasp of electrical circuitry, mechanical mechanisms, and material properties.
- Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and results orientation.
- Comfort working independently and thriving in collaborative team environments.
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
