The Role We are looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to join our North American Go To Market Team. Reporting to the Manager of Account Operations, you will own end‑to‑end reconciliation issues and financial discrepancies, diagnose root causes, and partner cross‑functionally with Accounting, Account Management, and Product teams to deploy permanent solutions. How to make an impact Root Cause Forensic Analysis: Investigate and diagnose complex customer financial discrepancies, dig into data to find why they happened. Excel/Data Wrangling: Manipulate large, complex data sets to track down systemic billing, payment, or reconciliation anomalies. Cross‑Functional Fixes: Act as the strategic bridge between Finance, Client Management, and Product/Engineering, translating technical data issues into actionable product features or process changes to eliminate friction. Client‑Facing Translation: Partner with Account Managers to explain complex financial data resolutions to high‑value clients, reinforcing client confidence. Process Architecture: Identify manual, repetitive workarounds, and design automated, scalable workflows to replace them. About You You are an analytical, deeply collaborative professional with a strong growth mindset for operational problem‑solving. You are curious, enjoy unpicking complex financial puzzles, and communicate technical financial issues clearly to product teams and high‑value clients. You thrive building strategic cross‑functional partnerships and transforming manual friction points into scalable, automated workflows. Your background Experience: 3‑5+ years in a role blending finance/accounting with heavy operational problem‑solving (e.g., Revenue Operations, FinOps, Forensic Accounting, or Strategic Accounts Resolution). Technology or SaaS experience is a huge plus. Excel Mastery: You are a true power user (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, advanced data cleansing) and handle unformatted data from multiple systems. Communication: Exceptional cross‑functional skills; you can discuss system logic with a developer and explain billing adjustments in plain English to a client. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent analytical/problem‑solving experience. This role is based in Atlanta.
