Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Staffing and Recruiting Professional located in Gainesville, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and placement of candidates, managing job postings, conducting interviews, supporting hiring processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will also provide excellent customer service, engage in staffing services, and collaborate with the team to support client staffing needs effectively.

Pay: $16-$20 per hour + Commission and Bonus

Qualifications

• Recruiting, Hiring, and Staffing Services skills with an ability to identify and place the right candidates
• Customer Service and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job candidates
• Sales knowledge or experience with an ability to engage and present staffing solutions effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree a plus
