Sales Intern - Cleveland-West

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Intern will work in the field (B2B) to support the sales team in day-to-day operations while gaining hands‑on experience in business development, customer engagement, and sales strategy. This role is designed to provide exposure to the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account support.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the sales team with prospecting, cold calling, networking and upselling Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities Support outbound outreach efforts (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports Conduct client calls and meetings Track and report on sales activity and pipeline progress Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
