Branch Office Administrator

Edward Jones HQ

Position Summary The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works closely with financial advisors to support client accounts, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role provides a chance to grow in a dynamic, client‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Client Service: Deliver outstanding service via phone, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and maintain strong client relationships. Account Management: Support account openings, transfers, and other administrative requests; process transactions and maintain accurate records. Administrative & Operational Support: Schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, and assist with marketing initiatives; update SOPs and execute branch business plans. Technology: Use and learn firm software such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other tools. Assist advisors with the annual business planning process and identify opportunities for additional services. Drive marketing activities such as event planning and execution. Required Skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Compensation & Benefits Human‑centered approach with discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance. 401(k) retirement plan; health savings and flexible spending accounts. Paid holidays (10 days) and 15 days vacation for new associates starting on January 1 each year.
