Engage in continuous learning through professional development opportunities and peer interactions. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not yet been achieved. State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment. Expertise in evidence‑based approaches to treatment for all age groups, with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges. Exceptional communication skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
