Produce prospective candidates through ID research, networking, cold calling, internet research and sourcing, internal/external sourcing, career fairs, on-campus recruiting and industry publications. Review and evaluate resumes, determine qualifications of candidates and select qualified candidates to present to hiring managers. Maintain a database of candidates for future reference. Proactively research and investigate new sourcing ideas. Manage the entire interviewing process, from initial candidate contact to managing the candidate through the final offer process. Partner with all levels of the organization to create a strategy for filling open positions quickly and efficiently. Create and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates within the apparel industry. Manage offer process including reference checks, background screenings and partnering with the Director of Compensation on salary requirements.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in recruiting talent within the retail industry - Preferably in Luxury Retail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interface with all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple and competing priorities.
