LTC/SNF LPN

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Job Details

Shift Type: Day Shift
Shift Length: 12 hours
Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Assignment Length: 6 weeks
Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend and holiday
Overtime Availability: Occasionally
Target Start Date: September 28, 2026

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in resident's conditions.
Assist with activities of daily living, ensuring residents' comfort and dignity.
Support and educate residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Must possess a current and valid LPN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a similar setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Only local placements within an 80-mile radius will be considered.
A fee may be incurred for cancellations or resignations with less than a 14-day notice.
Housing options available, with local rates applying if needed.
