LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) to join our health care team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility settings.

Shift Information

Shift Length: 12 hours
Shift Times: 5am - 5pm
Weekend Coverage: Every 3rd weekend and holiday
Holiday Coverage: Every 3rd based on current openings
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Assignment Length: 6 weeks
Overtime: Occasionally available
Targeted Start Date: September 28, 2026

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Required Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC)

Additional Information

This position guarantees 36 hours per week, requiring the ability to work 12-hour shifts. Nursing professionals will be responsible for delivering compassionate and competent care to residents.

Applicants should be adaptable and ready to participate in a rotation that includes weekends and holidays as needed.
