Sales Engineer

- Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- Focus on high-volume, relationship-driven sales within our rubber bands division.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up, and close business.
- Manage sales activity and pipeline within CRM/ERP systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service to drive repeat business.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stay organized.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is a plus.
