Sales Engineer - industrial rubber products b2b sales

Job Title
Partner with customers to understand complex requirements and deliver tailored rubber solutions.
Develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets.
Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver solutions.
Prepare quotes, manage projects, and close business.
Maintain pipeline and customer data within CRM/ERP systems.
Build long-term strategic relationships.
Required Experience
25 years of B2B sales, technical sales, or sales engineering experience.
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
Ability to understand and communicate technical product information.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Background in manufacturing, engineered products, or industrial sales preferred.
