Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Details Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm. Optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Position Type: Full‑time. Location: 1208 S Expressway 83, Harlingen, TX 78552. Start Date: Immediate openings. Certification Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification. Responsibilities Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities. Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and frequent floor movements. Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Team mindset: may occasionally help cover a nearby clinic if needed.
