Responsibilities Handle inbound leads and warm transfers via phone, collect financial details (taxes, debts, etc.), assess credit/eligibility, and present tailored mortgage options. Conduct client interviews, explain loan products, and guide them through the process. Prepare/submit applications, ensure full compliance, monitor progress, and communicate approvals/denials clearly. Build referral relationships with clients, agents, and partners over time. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of call center experience taking live inbound calls and warm transfers (high-volume phone sales environment a big plus). Sales track record, closing deals over the phone and hitting/exceeding targets. NMLS license – this is non-negotiable. Comfort with mortgage software (Encompass experience preferred but not required—we’ll train you). Strong analytical/math skills, ability to handle confidential info, and a client-focused, honest approach. Reliability and great judgment – skills you've honed on live calls.
