Your future role at a glance Location: Elk Grove Village,Illinois Facility: Alexian Rehab Hospital Department/Speciality: Patient Registration Schedule: DayShifts, PRN Salary: $20.80 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Coordinate and schedule patient procedures based on prescribed orders, optimizing patient time and clinical resources while ensuring accurate communication with patients, participants, and staff. Perform patient registration and clerical duties, accurately collecting and entering demographic, insurance, and clinical information into appropriate systems. Coordinate procedure schedules and assist with insurance pre-certification and authorization activities, resolving scheduling and procedural issues through appropriate resources. Provide patients, participants, and representatives with clear pre-service requirements, instructions, and support while What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
