Dishwasher Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 14.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 03:00pm)

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Wash, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food-preparation equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, work surfaces, cooking areas, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and food-preparation areas.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and organization of kitchen supplies.
• Monitor dishwashing and plumbing equipment and report maintenance issues promptly to the Head Cook.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.

Dishwasher Qualifications:

• Ability to safely operate dishwashing equipment and handle cleaning chemicals according to established guidelines.
• Must have knowledge of basic sanitary standards, food safety practices, and proper cleaning procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Must be capable of establishing an attitude of goodwill, friendliness, and concern for the needs of others, especially the elderly.
