Erskine Law Group is a well-established litigation defense firm representing Fortune 500 companies with offices across the United States. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop litigation skills in a collaborative environment that embraces technology and innovation, including artificial intelligence, while maintaining excellent client representation. Occasional travel to courthouses is required for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and attend hearings, settlement conferences, and trials across Northern California
• Take depositions and argue motions
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients and corporate legal departments
• Leverage modern technology to enhance efficiency in litigation processes
• Manage workload independently while taking direction as needed

 

Required Qualifications

• Member in good standing of the California State Bar
• 0-5 years of litigation experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with others and independently

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive and/or warranty litigation or product liability experience
• Trial and/or arbitration experience (first or second chair)
• Experience working with large, corporate in-house legal departments
