Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or closely related field
• Active, valid OT license in Arizona

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students
• Assess student needs and develop individualized goals and interventions

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
