The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing a variety of pizzas, including standard menu options and frequent custom or specialty orders, within a medium-sized team of 4 members. Utilizing standard kitchen equipment, the role focuses on efficient dough preparation, precise topping assembly, proper oven operation, and maintaining quality and sanitation standards throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough according to specifications
- Assemble toppings accurately for standard and custom pizzas
- Operate ovens safely and effectively
- Ensure quality control of finished pizzas
- Manage ingredient usage and storage
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the work area
- Monitor inventory to support continuous production
- Be adaptable for different tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in food preparation
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
