Automotive Sales Consultant Benefits Most aggressive bonus-structured pay plan in our market Commission pay, monthly bonus, and performance bonus opportunities Opportunity for advancement and long-term career growth Paid training and ongoing professional development Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacations and paid holidays Life insurance Tuition reimbursement Monday-Friday workday Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities: Serve as the dealership's representative in all activities connected with the sales of new and used vehicles and related products and services Ensure an extraordinary client experience while building relationships and contributing to dealership sales targets Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts, and emails promptly Make outbound phone calls, texts, and follow up on internet leads to meet activity goals set by management Assist in ensuring manufacturer/supplier programs, warranties, and related requirements are followed and that required records are maintained Use and maintain accurate records, files, forms, and Dealer Management Systems Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements: 3-5 years automotive sales experience Availability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays Valid driver's license Clean driving record (or minimal violations) and ability to pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:
