Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $28.57 – $37.84 (based on experience and shift differentials)
• Shift Differentials:
  • Evening (1500-2300): +$2.30/hr
  • Night (2300-0700): +$3.75/hr
  • Weekend (1900 Friday - 0700 Monday): +$3.00/hr
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid vacation and sick leave

What You'll Do

• Perform routine Epic and bedside medication verification
• Work independently in critical care areas after clinical check-offs
• Administer all modes of respiratory therapy across hospital departments
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies per RT protocols
• Serve as a mentor to students and new staff members
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license from the Kansas State Board
• NBRC CRT or RRT credential
• BLS certification (required); PALS, ACLS, NRP preferred
• Minimum 6 months of critical care experience (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
