Agile Program Manager (AdTech)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across global teams. This role is responsible for driving strategic programs from planning through execution while ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in Agile delivery, portfolio management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cross-functional program execution. A strong automation, AI, and data-driven mindset is essential, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and program visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Management

• Lead strategic, high-impact technology programs from initiation through production release.
• Support portfolio planning and execution across multiple concurrent programs and workstreams.
• Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Drive accountability across participating teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor program health and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other business stakeholders to deliver complex software initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, Scrum-of-Scrums, steering committee meetings, and program reviews.
• Coordinate activities across global teams and multiple geographic regions.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Develop and maintain executive-level status reports and portfolio dashboards.
• Communicate program priorities, risks, dependencies, resource needs, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and large-scale cross-functional meetings.
• Provide transparent and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.

Automation, AI & Process Optimization

• Leverage AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and data analytics to improve program execution and operational efficiency.
• Utilize data-driven insights to support forecasting, prioritization, risk management, and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline program management processes through automation and technology adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance visibility, reporting accuracy, and delivery performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of program and project management experience within software development environments.
• Proven experience managing programs throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and delivery practices.
• Experience with portfolio planning, dependency management, and resource coordination.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication abilities.
