Senior Healthcare Attorney / Operator (Seat A)

This Is Not a Traditional Role This is a build role. Concierge Healthcare Attorneys, LLC is a boutique healthcare law firm representing physicians, residents, and healthcare professionals nationwide in high-stakes matters, while also advising on healthcare transactions and regulatory issues. We are at an inflection point and are seeking a senior attorney who wants to help scale and shape the next phase of the firm. The Practice 1. Physician Representation (Core Differentiator) Peer review defense and fair hearings Privileging and credentialing disputes NPDB reporting and appeals Resident and fellow disciplinary defense 2. Healthcare Transactions & Regulatory Wellness and medspa structuring Telehealth and mobile health platforms Concierge and direct-pay medical practices MSO structures and regulatory compliance Physician employment and contracting The firm also represents individuals in structuring and negotiating healthcare business ventures.
