Data SpecialistAs a Data Specialist, you will provide full life-cycle data management for multimedia data. Data owners send you data, often on physical media, to load into our repository and in various analytical tools. You will shepherd the completion of data submission forms by working with end users to ensure correctness and completeness in this initial step in the lifecycle process. You will initiate the data provenance record in the customer's catalog system. You will monitor quality control and the records and tickets describing the data loading and transport processes. As a Data Specialist, you will triage and load data into our repository and to the downstream tools. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
