System Consultant - Custom Integration (Ci) Industry

TIRED OF BEING AN ORDER TAKER AND WOULD RATHER BUILD MEANINGFUL, LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS?

Want more control over your own success?

Want to build relationships, have meaningful conversations and deliver real value instead of simply pushing products?

Convergence may be the place for you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Convergence is looking for a System Consultant who wants to build a business, not wait for leads.

We design and integrate sophisticated technology for luxury homes and businesses, including audio/video, lighting and lighting control, motorized shades, security, surveillance and whole-home control.

But this job isn't really about selling technology.

It's about building relationships and creating opportunities.

You'll develop relationships with architects, custom builders, interior designers and homeowners, becoming a trusted resource long before a proposal is written.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

We want someone fearless and excited to talk to new people and walk into new rooms.

You'll make calls, attend industry events, visit firms, ask for introductions and consistently build your network.

Your goal is simple: Become known. Become trusted. Create opportunities.

If you're looking for a steady stream of incoming leads, this probably isn't the job for you.

If you want the autonomy to build your own success, it might be.

WHY CONVERGENCE?

Our clients trust us with the technology in some of North Carolina's finest homes.

They choose us because we listen, provide thoughtful solutions and stand behind our work.

Our team operates the same way.

You'll have experienced designers, engineers, technicians and leadership behind you, allowing you to focus on what you do best: Building relationships and creating business.
