Role Overview Full Time Branch Ambassador - South Fork Area. The Reimagined Branch Experience: Join Capital One in redefining banking for our customers. As a Branch Ambassador you will use your people skills and product knowledge to enhance customer banking experiences, perform a wide variety of transactions—including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals—while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies and procedures. You will resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an outstanding customer experience in a rapidly changing tech and financial environment. Key Responsibilities Perform cash handling and transaction services (deposits, transfers, withdrawals, check cashing) Monitor fraud risks and follow security and audit procedures in compliance with bank policy and federal regulations Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries and guide customers to suitable products and services Educate customers on digital channels and mobile/online banking tools using branch laptops and iPads Collaborate with the team to improve the overall retail customer experience and reduce handoffs Assist with branch operations, including rotating throughout the branch based on customer needs Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience At least 6 months of cash handling experience Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience Compensation East Hampton, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 per year (full-time). Salaries for other locations are based on the associated pay range. Part-time salaries are prorated based on hours worked.
