About the Role Part‑time Branch Ambassador in Southampton, NY. Join Capital One’s reimagined branch experience and help customers navigate banking transactions and digital solutions, while delivering exceptional customer service and safeguarding compliance. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of branch transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals. Monitor and mitigate fraud, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedural controls. Resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively to enhance the overall experience. Provide product knowledge and guide customers through personal and business financial needs. Support customers on all branch channels, rotating as needed to meet customer demand. Educate customers on mobile and online banking tools using laptops and iPads. Leverage tools and channel to recommend appropriate solutions that increase retention and engagement. Travel between assigned branches in the local area and support the broader market. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer‑service experience. At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree. 2+ years of retail, sales or banking experience. Additional Requirements Capability to adhere to compliance and security policies in accordance with bank policy and federal regulations. Ability to travel between branches. Eligibility: This position does not sponsor employment authorization. Compensation & Benefits Salary for Southampton, NY: $51,542 – $54,600 (annualized).
