Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time contract opportunity allows you to make a profound impact on student well-being while balancing your professional and personal life with a 20-hour work week. Bring your expertise in school-based physical therapy to help students develop functional skills and achieve their goals during the 2026-2027 academic year. Both PT and PTA applicants are encouraged, and PTAs will be provided a supervising PT per requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current, active PT or PTA license
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for creating supportive, inclusive educational environments
• PTA candidates must be eligible to work under the supervision of a PT

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services for students with varying needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans as part of the IEP process
• Participate in student assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
