Security Scheduling Coordinator – Night Shifts Location: Alsip, IL 60472 Job Type: Full‑time Salary: $19.00 per hour Education: High school degree Responsibilities Field incoming calls into the Client Service Center (CSC) and assist Security Officers with scheduling needs. Perform administrative tasks throughout the shift and cover call‑offs. Provide customer service and effective telephone etiquette while multitasking and problem‑solving. Use scheduling software such as WinTeam to track employee schedules and fill open positions. Troubleshoot client service issues and collaborate with Operations Managers to meet deadlines. Route calls to the appropriate department or voicemail. Utilize Windows‑based programs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email). Work weekends, holidays, and cover additional shifts as required. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements High school degree or equivalent. Prior supervisory experience in the security industry or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle all situations and make quick decisions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
