Contract | Part-Time | Days | 30 hours per week, 3x10-hour shifts (Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a hospital-based outpatient setting
• Deliver inpatient acute and swing bed physical therapy care at a Critical Access Hospital
• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience (new graduates will not be considered)
• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience required
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license (must be current and in hand at time of submission)
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be current and in hand at time of submission)
• Completed Physical Therapy skills checklist required
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past year of employment required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient Physical Therapy experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare environment
