Sales Operation Specialist - McLean, VA

MissionHires is looking for a data-driven Sales Operations Specialist on behalf of a company. This in-office role will optimize sales processes, manage pipeline reporting and forecasting, administer sales tools, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and operational alignment. Responsibilities: Manage the sales pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts. Develop, implement, and monitor sales KPIs, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and performance. Select, deploy, administer, and support sales automation and CRM tools. Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and profitability to identify performance improvements and new business opportunities. Partner with Operations, Finance, Pre-Sales, Services, Legal, and Sales to align sales activities and processes. Support the design and execution of sales campaigns with the sales team. Oversee and execute applicable government administrative and compliance processes. Train and onboard new sales representatives on CRM systems, sales processes, and essential sales tools. Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and process standards while supporting continuous improvement across the team. Requirements: 5+ years of sales operations experience, preferably within a global high-tech environment. Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or a related field. Experience with sales automation and CRM platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Experience using data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, Tableau, SQL, or comparable tools. Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, and business acumen. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented, data-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. U.S. citizenship is required. Ability to work in an office-based environment when not traveling.
