A leading accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Manager to join their National Tax Office focusing on M&A Transaction work. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of federal income tax consulting experience, a J.D. and Tax LL.M., and the ability to work effectively with partnerships and corporations.
