- Lead detailed & conceptual estimating for Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and CMAR projects
- Ensure compliance with FAR, Davis-Bacon, Buy American, and federal procurement standards
- Coordinate subcontractor bids and cost analyses for projects $5M-$100M+
- Proficiency in RSMeans, Sage, WinEst, Bluebeam, and Procore preferred
- Requires 5+ years of Federal Estimating experience (8+ years total estimating)
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
