tr th {}Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for assigned construction scopesReview drawings, specifications, bid forms, and contract language to fully understand project requirementsCoordinate with internal trade departments to assemble complete, accurate estimatesAnalyze material, labor, and equipment costs to support competitive pricingDevelop bid proposals, budgets, and supporting documentationCommunicate with clients during the bidding phase regarding scope clarifications or revisionsProvide estimating support to project teams during early project executionEvaluate job profitability, cost risks, and pricing assumptionsParticipate in jobsite visits and pre-bid or project meetings as neededSupport continuous improvement of estimating accuracy and cost reliabilityFollow company safety standards and participate in assigned project safety plansQualifications:
