Your Responsibilities

• Carrying out thorough patient evaluations, recommending necessary diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
• Identifying and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions either autonomously or in partnership with physicians (based on your credentialing)

What We Seek in You

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner training program

Must-Have Credentials

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capacity to obtain within 90 days)
