Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth patient evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and developing customized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic medical conditions, in collaboration with physicians or independently based on your credentials
• Providing educational support to patients and their families focused on prevention, wellness, and health management
• Prescribing suitable medications and therapies aligned with your practice scope
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and comprehensive chronic care programs
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic healthcare delivery
• Maintaining complete and accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Graduates from accredited Nurse Practitioner programs will be preferred

Certification Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the willingness to obtain them within 90 days
