Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and inform the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Offer therapeutic services that include individual, group, and family counseling sessions, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Implement appropriate therapeutic methodologies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and clinical guidelines in all interactions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and community resources to support clients effectively.

• Document treatment progress and maintain detailed clinical case notes in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is a must.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting, demonstrating a proven track record in counseling.

• Strong capability in creating and implementing treatment plans, with experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
