This position is fully remote, enabling you to provide therapy in a flexible setting from the comfort of your own home or chosen environment. We value work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options, with our services available from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups to foster mental health and resilience.
\n
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated care solutions.
\n
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and reliability of client records.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families who face a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing support and therapeutic interventions that help clients navigate their struggles and work towards healthier futures.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic practices.

• Strong grasp of legal, ethical, and regulatory standards relevant to clinical practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and technology tools to facilitate efficient client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly regarded.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and conducting virtual counseling sessions effectively.
