This remote role allows you the flexibility to work from home while being part of a supportive outpatient office atmosphere. You will interact with a diverse range of clients and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals through virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments of clients to tailor therapeutic interventions effectively.
\n
• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other stakeholders about clients’ progress and challenges.
\n
• Prepare and share a tentative schedule for appointments, home visits, and observations to ensure clients are receiving timely and relevant support.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct home visits for comprehensive evaluations, including chart reviews, interviews, and data analysis.
\n
• Ensure that the implementation of treatment plans is effective, monitored, and adjusted to meet client needs.
\n
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on care strategies with other mental health professionals.
\n
• Document and complete monthly and quarterly progress notes, maintaining a clear record of interventions and outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure that all team members are well-equipped to implement treatment plans and correct documentation procedures.
\n
• Execute follow-up interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Keep comprehensive records, making information easily accessible for all authorized parties involved in the client’s care.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with the community and public mental health resources to enhance development goals.
\n
• Contribute to the design and refinement of training materials that enhance program efficiency and client care quality.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adults and youth facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is a requirement.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• At least two years of counseling experience is required, preferably within a clinical context.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
\n
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
\n
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technological systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or interventions for substance misuse is highly regarded.

• Prior experience working in a remote counseling capacity is advantageous.

• Experience developing training programs for staff to enhance skillsets in client care.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
