Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: You will lead and support engaging group therapy sessions designed to help participants connect, share experiences, and collectively learn coping strategies.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: You will provide empathetic, one-on-one counseling sessions. This will involve exploring clients' thoughts and feelings, helping them understand their behaviors, and assisting them in formulating personalized action plans.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborating closely with clients, you will design individualized treatment plans that prioritize their unique goals and needs, ensuring all plans are evidence-based and goal-oriented.

• Monitoring Progress: Using a range of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms, you will evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications\n
